Following a disturbance at Nigua Psychiatric Hospital, Dr. Antonio Zaglul is appointed as the new director, tasked with restoring order and managing the resulting negative publicity. As he investigates the situation, he finds himself questioning whether the true madness lies within the hospital’s walls or permeates the wider society under Trujillo’s dictatorship.
