A librarian, Julia Reynolds, takes a Mediterranean vacation with her husband, Jack. During the trip, she unexpectedly reconnects with Alex, a charming Frenchman she knew years ago. Complicating matters, Alex brings his new girlfriend along. As old feelings resurface and long-held secrets are revealed, Julia finds herself at a crossroads, questioning her current relationship and considering a rekindled romance with Alex. She must ultimately decide between embracing a past love or building a new future with her husband.
