They say the cobbler’s children go barefoot, but must the matchmaker’s children go motherless? After their widowed father moves to a new town and launches a computerized matchmaking service, his two daughters engineer a dating app to find him a step‑mother. They sift through the applicants, hand‑pick a woman and force the system to match them, unaware that the woman they selected runs the town’s old‑fashioned matchmaking shop and intends to prove the computer’s algorithm flawed.
