Driven by a desire to help people in Syria, a young man becomes involved with radical Islam and finds a sense of belonging among a group he considers his “brothers.” His journey takes a dark turn as he becomes an ISIS soldier, participating in acts of religious violence before eventually returning to his home in Germany, forever changed by his experiences.
