The story opens on Christmas Eve with a vibrant party and a clash of fates. David, apparently an IPS officer, enjoys a drink before driving his jeep along the winding roads of Ooty. He glances away for a moment to adjust his rearview mirror and collides with a bike, sending the riders sprawling. Shaan and Vinu, annoyed and stranded, end up riding along in his jeep instead of walking away.

The group heads to a hospital after the crash, but a nurse informs them that Vinu has gone missing, sharpening the tension. Shaan spirals into rage, shouting Vinu's name as confusion spreads among the trio. David’s presence amid this chaos deepens the mystery about what really happened that night.

David discloses that he is an IPS officer, shocking Shaan. He later leaves, and at the same pub he had previously visited, he finds a wallet containing Vinu's driver's license, hinting at Vinu's possible fate or whereabouts. The discovery adds a new thread to the already tangled night.

In a somber turn, Vinu writes a suicide note and goes to a waterfall where he ends his life by jumping off the top. The moment closes with the tragedy and raises questions about the events that led to this moment.

David tracks down the address on Vinu's license and arrives to find a crowd saying Vinu committed suicide. He returns to Shaan's house and reports the death, which leaves Shaan shocked and the house deeply unsettled as he contemplates what happened and why.

Shaan explains that the friends planned to disappear because of a stolen 1.75 crores. A flashback reveals the group's dynamic: a birthday surprise for Vinu, and the explicit links between Cyril, Eby, Vinu, and Jessy, including Vinu's feelings for Jessy. The scene sets up the tension that will drive the later treachery.

The friends are at Vinus' internet cafe when police raid the place, unable to find anything incriminating. Later, intruders strike and threaten Vinu, leaving him injured and setting off a chain of consequences that pull the group deeper into danger. The night deepens the sense of peril around their money troubles.

Cyril confesses that he took the stolen money and describes how he hid the bag in his dad's tea factory. When the group checks the factory the next morning, they discover the bag is empty, increasing paranoia and anger. They resolve to relocate their families to safer locations to avoid the fallout.

While fleeing danger, a high-speed chase with Charlie's gang ends in a collision that leaves Vinu able to run away and Shaan cornered. In a desperate move, Shaan jumps from a bridge into a stream, and both manage to escape in the chaos that follows.

David visits the orphanage and learns that Eby and Jessy had planned to marry. He tracks hospital and lab records showing Vinu's blood tests were tampered with and uncovers a link to an illegal lab. He also follows the money withdrawals from Vinu's account, widening the web of deception.

Victor receives a tip about counterfeit money tied to Cyril, who used it to buy a bus ticket. On the bus, Victor sits next to Cyril as they confront the rest of the group, with Eby missing, tightening the investigative net around the conspirators and the money trail.

In the final turn, the currency findings and Eby's secret role come to light. David reveals the counterfeit money scheme and that Eby was secretly a carrier for Christy, exposing the fake IPS officer as a mastermind. The closing image reveals Pritviraj, the true puppeteer behind the ruse, smoking a cigar as the frame freezes on the reveal.
