Inheriting a rundown family resort in Hawaii, the Wyatts try to repair it but soon decide to sell. Amid the confusion of the teenage triplet girls and the boys they meet, Jeffrey encounters an old high‑school rival who offers to preserve the property if Jeffrey sells it. The rival, however, has ulterior motives that extend far beyond the resort itself.
