Set against the backdrop of the not‑too‑distant war between Serbs and Croats, the story follows a Serbian family whose everyday lives are fractured by the mounting pressures of conflict. As loyalties are tested and relationships strain, the film asks whether love can endure when the people it binds become political enemies.
