Popeye and Bluto, dressed as knights, joust for the favor of Sleeping Beauty—Olive with her long blonde hair. Bluto cheats, slicking the arena with grease and wielding an extra‑long lance, but Popeye still triumphs, scaling the tower with Bluto close behind. The rivals grapple over her, tugging at her pigtails.
