Dr. Tsu, a brilliant surgeon, runs an exotic island off Manila where she commands an all‑female martial‑arts force. She kidnaps elite athletes, harvesting their organs to sell as spare parts to the world’s wealthiest men. Insurance investigator Mike Harber, a witty, womanizing employee of Lloyd’s of London, travels to Manila to investigate the disappearance of a jai‑alai player and becomes entangled in Tsu’s sinister scheme.
