A look inside Westside Barbell, a gym known for its intense training environment and remarkable strength athletes. Described as resembling a prison yard, the cinder block walls house some of the strongest and most intimidating people on Earth. Brutal and demanding, the gym tests the resolve of its lifters, with fights and colorful language commonplace. The rigorous atmosphere has produced over 140 world records, but at what cost? This documentary explores the dedication and sacrifices required to reach the pinnacle of powerlifting.
