Daria is about to marry, with Antonio serving as best man. Both longtime artist neighbors now face her move to a new district, and they launch a collaborative project inspired by Fellini’s Ginger and Fred. Together with Emanuele, Monica, Francesco, Martina and Andrea they begin tap‑dancing lessons while the script takes shape day by day, rehearsing in Rome, Rimini and France despite theaters being closed by Covid‑19. The troupe’s euphoria swells, turning the ensemble into a band of shipwreck survivors as real life and the emerging stage production blur together.
