Vítor, a man in his thirties, lives with his mother, Fátima, in his grandmother Júlia’s apartment. Fátima, a hairdresser, quietly dreams of the new policeman next door. During the day, Vítor works a mundane job on a television show, but at night he impersonates his neighbor to impress an online acquaintance. Meanwhile, Júlia, residing in a retirement home, struggles with insomnia and longs for her deceased husband, who appears to her in unexpected ways.
