Three friends—Samo, Sandi and Krištof—scheme to obtain the math exam papers by courting the professor’s mysterious daughter, nicknamed Hyperbola, whom they call Vesna. When the professor’s real daughter Janja appears, Samo falls for her, and a whirlwind romance ensues, culminating in a dramatic glider ride, an emergency landing, injuries, a jealous rivalry, and a suicide‑attempt that ends safely when the parachute opens.
