Exploring the possibilities of education, the story follows Ng Meixi, who returns to Singapore after working with struggling students in Mexico. As a relief teacher at a local school, she takes on the challenge of implementing a new teaching method for students in the Normal (Technical) stream. Her approach transforms the traditional classroom into a supportive community where students learn from each other and take on tutoring roles. The narrative questions whether this innovative pedagogy can succeed within Singapore’s education system, which prioritizes results.
