Arusu is convinced that magic should be used for good, but her fellow witches have a very different outlook, exploiting their powers for petty tricks— even enslaving tiny sprites. When she discovers the true extent of their misdeeds, she resolves to reform their ways, embarking on a quest that leads to a series of comic misadventures and hijinks.
