Santa receives a telegram from Oswald the Rabbit announcing the Toyland Parade and a reception at the department store. When moths ruin his suit, an old elf rescues him with red paint and popcorn, turning a light‑blue coat into a proper Santa outfit. The parade succeeds, with Frankenstein’s monster, Tarzan, Lupe Velez, Shirley Temple, Al Jolson and Bing Crosby greeting him, while Laurel and Hardy in a dragon costume try to steal the chocolate cake.
