Harry Evers and Marvin Ellison have spent years playing poker with friends each Thursday night. After a dispute ends the game, they keep meeting to try different activities together rather than stay home with their wives. When the wives discover the Thursday gatherings have stopped, they become upset and wonder what the men have been doing.
