Thomas discovers a carnival Chinese Dragon and decides to play a light‑hearted prank on Percy, who claims he isn’t scared of anything. Along the way the Scottish twins, Donald and Douglas, join the fun, while the veteran engine Edward shows that age still brings usefulness. The adventure reminds everyone on the magical Island of Sodor that even the bravest engines can feel a little fright, but friendship and timing keep them “Right on Time.”
