Karate master and anti‑drug vigilante Chiba returns to Japan, holds a press conference announcing his goal to wipe out the drug trade, and offers his services as a bodyguard to anyone with information on the lords. A mysterious woman soon appears, claiming crucial intel and asking for protection, leaving Chiba to question her true motives.
