Set during the weekdays of a youth camp that pretends to practice democracy, the film offers a documentary‑style satire of bureaucratic absurdity. In Budapest, high‑school campers receive only tools without any tasks, exposing faulty organization. Camp officials scramble to conceal the truth, pressuring the teens to accept a contrived “community life.”
