Curiosity about digging through the planet drives this animated adventure. A clever contraption called ‘Old Chucknose,’ equipped with inventive gadgetry, tunnels from the surface, piercing each layer of the crust, mantle and core until it reaches the opposite side. While the journey is fanciful, the concept feels surprisingly plausible for a cartoon.
