Harvey Keitel plays the Stone Merchant, a dealer in gems who converted from Christianity to Islam. Jane March plays Leda, a PR director married to Alceo, a professor who uses a wheelchair after losing his legs in the 1998 Nairobi bombing. Terrorist Shahid plans an attack; their paths intersect in Turkey, moving to Rome and Turin for a ferry assault.
