A look at the world of high finance reveals a group of powerful bankers, traders, and investment fund executives who prioritized profit above all else. Their actions had devastating consequences, leading to the impoverishment of nations, widespread unemployment, and contributing to the rise of extremism. The film explores whether those responsible for the 2008 financial crisis faced justice and questions whether similar figures might still be operating unchecked.
