Expelled from his lieutenancy, Bill Traylor reenlists as a private. His Marine unit is deployed to a Latin American country where rebel leader The Torch incites insurrection. There Traylor once again crosses paths with Captain Benton—the officer who caused his disgrace—and competes with him for a woman's affection.
