While his wife stays in Osaka, Honda leads a life in Tokyo, working as a businessman and flirting with women by night. He rents an apartment to record conquests in a notebook he calls the ‘Hunter’s Diary.’ A newspaper reports the murder of a woman from his diary; another follows, sending him into a maze as the listed women are killed in turn.
