Soohyun, a college art professor, and his surgeon girlfriend Sunyoung are drawn into a supernatural romance after he buys an old ginkgo bed that houses the spirit of Princess Midan—his lover from a thousand‑year‑old life as a royal musician slain by General Hwang. Midan returns, yet Hwang’s lingering spirit opposes them. Sunyoung risks her life to prove the ghosts, and Midan must choose between saving Sunyoung or reuniting with Soohyun.
