An over‑the‑top low‑budget sequel to the 1971 cult gore‑fest, the film returns to the Lotus Cat Food Company’s basement where a massive flesh‑mangling grinder operates under new owners. Their “food for cats who like people” draws intelligent feline aliens from Ceta, whose war‑torn planet needs sustenance. With help from U.S. “men in black,” cat queen Felina strikes a deal, forcing the owners to procure fresh—and stale—human flesh to meet the demand.
