The Black Demon

Paul Sturges arrives in Baja California with his wife, Ines, and their two young children, Audrey and Tommy. They are greeted by a town that shows signs of disrepair and bitterness toward outsiders, setting a tense atmosphere for their visit.

Upon arriving, Paul Sturges reveals his role as an inspector for Nixon Oil, which escalates the locals' resentment. His intention to inspect the rundown offshore oil rig, El Diamante, is met with hostility from the community.

As Paul reaches the oil rig, he discovers a serious oil spill and meets the last two workers, Junior and Chato. The atmosphere is tense, indicating the dangerous situation unfolding.

While on the rig, Paul's family unwittingly approaches a deadly threat: the megalodon shark known as El Demonio Negro. Distress flares illuminate the sky, heralding an impending attack.

Chato and Junior embark on a dangerous underwater mission to restore power to the rig. During this venture, Chato senses the ominous presence of the Black Demon, believing it represents a curse for environmental exploitation.
