A vampire’s heart beats forever. After a night out, young professional Isabel flags down an illegal mini‑cab. The driver drags her into an alley and violently assaults her, seemingly ending her life. An ancient female vampire watching from a rooftop intervenes, kills the cabbie and gives Isabel a drop of her immortal blood. Isabel awakens with only 48 hours to choose between embracing eternal life or ending herself before she turns undead.
