Eighteen years after the feud began in Sami swoi, the Kargul and Pawlak families find their old quarrel forgotten but face a new problem: no heirs for their farms. They devise a scheme for the young granddaughter to marry and inherit both estates. After many misadventures, the marriage takes place and the land stays in the families.
