After a painful breakup, Kira sleeps with Max, a charismatic yet disheveled man already involved with his long‑term girlfriend Sara. Max, emotionally unsophisticated, becomes increasingly obsessed with Kira while remaining oddly indifferent to his own conscience. Meanwhile, Kira, trapped in a job she despises and a series of aimless romantic entanglements, must choose her next step and rediscover her sanity.
