Basheer confesses to Vishwanath and returns the stolen ₹10 lakhs, seeking redemption for his crime. The honest officer's integrity draws Basheer into a dangerous collision with Teja. Enraged by this development, Teja murders Vishwanath, frames Basheer for the crime, and sets his sights on silencing the grieving family.

Usha escapes with Basheer and the three children, seeking safety from Teja's reach. In the chaos, one twin dies from fever while the surviving child sleeps; she unknowingly cremates the wrong baby in the river. Believing both babies are dead, she starts a new life apart from Vijay as Teja severs the mother's bond.

Years pass as Teja consolidates power in the underworld, expanding a criminal empire that includes a thriving organ racket. Vijay grows up on his own, determined to use the law to fight crime and corruption. The family fracture lingers as Teja's reach widens across the city.

Dr. Prem publicly exposes Teja's organ racket, triggering a violent response. On Prem's wedding day, Jogindar shoots him dead, sealing Teja's grip on power. Before dying, Prem identifies Jogindar as the killer, but Teja manipulates the courts to keep Jogindar free.

An orphan named Ravi is falsely identified as Jogindar's killer, allowing Teja to control the court narrative. Unbeknownst to all, Ravi is actually Usha's long-lost son, one of the twins believed dead after the river cremation. Teja tightens his grip on the system through this new scapegoat.

Meena, a spirited pickpocket, repeatedly crosses Vijay's path, provoking irritation before their bond grows into romance. Through Meena, Vijay is unexpectedly reunited with his mother Usha, sparking renewed hope for the family. Teja becomes aware of this rekindled connection and views it as a threat.

To extinguish the rekindled bond and remove a potential challenger, Teja frames Vijay for crimes he did not commit and has him sent to prison. The justice system, compromised by Teja, becomes another battleground in the fight for truth and restitution.

Teja hires Vikram to kill Vijay, but Vikram is revealed to be Ashwini Kumar, an undercover CBI officer assigned to dismantle Teja's empire. Ashwini grows close to Shraddha, Prem's widow, and vows to avenge her husband's murder.

Basheer is released from jail after years and attempts to expose Teja's crimes, but faces police silencing. He reunites with Usha, and through her, Ashwini and Vijay learn more about Teja's long criminal history.

Ravi, living as an orphan, finds love with Usha, who eventually recognizes him as her missing son. The revelation deepens the tangled family ties and threatens Teja's control over the family network.

Teja kidnaps Basheer and Usha, forcing Ravi to falsely confess that he is Jogindar and sealing his death sentence. Jogindar kills Justice Rastogi, who on his deathbed reveals Teja's conspiracy, prompting Ravi's exoneration.

Vijay, Ravi, and Ashwini unite to confront Teja and Jogindar, overcoming Teja's forces in a climactic battle for justice. Peace returns to the fractured family as Vijay marries Meena, Ravi weds Usha, and Ashwini finds happiness with Shraddha.
