With the diamond in hand, Frankie travels to London to deliver it to Doug 'The Head', a diamond dealer. He acts on behalf of New York jeweler Cousin Avi, who financed the heist.

Before his delivery, Frankie is advised to visit his brother Boris 'The Blade' to procure a gun for protection. Unbeknownst to him, Boris has ulterior motives and plans to rob him of the diamond.

In London, Turkish, an unlicensed boxing promoter, convinces gangster Brick Top to include his boxer Gorgeous George in the betting circuit. This alliance leads to trouble when a fight goes awry.

Gorgeous George faces off against Mickey O'Neil, an unexpected bare-knuckle boxing champion. Mickey knocks out George, leaving Turkish scrambling for a replacement for the upcoming match.

In a desperate move, Turkish recruits Mickey to replace the injured George. He agrees to buy a new caravan for Mickey's mother as part of the deal, setting the stage for further conflict.

Boris gives Frankie a gun in exchange for placing a bet on his behalf at Brick Top's bookies. This act puts Frankie in a precarious situation as Boris plans to rob him.
