Erik, a Stockholmite, learns his sister Susie—once the town’s beauty queen—has disappeared and travels to their rural hometown to search for her. He meets locals, from a shy video‑store clerk to a corrupt police officer, and finds a Susie far unlike the girl he remembers. Director Ulf Malmros delivers a darkly comic tale with hipster flair.
