Kalle, 10, watches his newborn sister born with wing‑like skin folds on her back. While doctors plan amputation at the Plastic Palace Clinic, he sees a miracle and decides to save her. He partners with Alf, a reclusive mechanic, and together they flee in Alf’s vintage Cadillac, racing against time through an autumn‑colored world of song and dance.
