Ex‑gangster Tony Banks is coaxed out of retirement by the mob kingpin known only as God, who orders him to take out fellow mobster “Blue Chips” Packard. When Banks refuses, God kidnaps his daughter Darlene from his luxury yacht, leaving the retired hitman no choice but to resume the deadly job.
