In a strict, fundamentalist polygamous community, Kaidence and Galilee find themselves unexpectedly bound together in marriage. As they develop feelings for each other, the young women grapple with a forbidden attraction while living under the watchful eyes of their restrictive society. Considered a cardinal sin to be queer, they begin to contemplate leaving the only life they’ve ever known and seek a path towards freedom and self-discovery.
