Each summer, the two young teenagers, Andrzej and Michał, meet again in Siemiany, a small tourist village in the countryside, where they have spent many seasons together. Their long‑standing friendship is filled with shared memories, but the boredom of rural life and the sense of unity they feel turn their bond into a sexually charged intimacy.
