After Russian troops depart, street children inhabit the capital’s empty houses. Tuguldur and Enkhee are forced to work for the mob, lowering a rope from rooftops to slip into vacant high‑rise flats. Each night they risk a deadly fall or police arrest. An old man tries to help Tuguldur, yet the boy cannot sever the ties of his past.
