They locate each key: Christo's key is in a glass cabinet, Pius wears his on a chain around his neck, and Franco keeps his in his car. The soap impressions create molds that allow them to craft working duplicates, enabling them to access the safe during the festival night when security is relaxed.

Krishnanunni was never a true ally, he was a con man who infiltrated the group. After the heist triggered an alarm, he used the chaos to grab the entire loot and disappear. Days later, the other inmates discover he has reinvented himself in Trivandrum, selling solar panels to politicians and businessmen under a new identity, revealing that the entire heist was merely part of a larger, ongoing scam.

Early hints of distrust appear when Krishnanunni vanishes during the chase, leaving the group questioning who can truly be trusted.

The group discovers that Pius Mathew and his brothers store their black money in a safe at a charity hospital they control. The safe requires three keys held by Pius, Christo, and Franco Mathew. The inmates decide to target this location because it represents the ill-gotten wealth from Pius's corrupt dealings, including the cruel fate inflicted on Krishnanunni's wife Sarah.

Leaf Vasu, a former hitman now dealing with a mental disorder, plants fireworks in the hospital's sewage tank to create a controlled explosion that opens a rear entrance for the heist crew. The blast provides the physical access point needed to reach the safe room from behind the building while the festival celebrations distract the staff.

Annamma, Noblettan's daughter and a nurse at the charity hospital, becomes essential to the plan by installing spy cameras throughout the facility to monitor security patterns. On the night of the heist, she cuts the main power supply, plunging the hospital into darkness and allowing the crew to access the safe room through the exhaust fan undetected.

After the heist, each inmate receives a box topped with solar panels containing their promised share of the money. The twist reveals this money actually came from Krishnanunni's larger con operation. The solar boxes symbolize the cyclical nature of deception, the group believed they pulled off one heist, only to discover they were pawns in an even bigger scam.

The ending suggests the cycle of cons can begin again with those who know how to manipulate systems.

The seven inmates, Martin, Narayankutty, Noblettan, Pius Mathew, Christo Mathew, Shabab, and Leaf Vasu, share a common thread of bad choices and survival instincts. Each ended up in prison through their own criminal activities: temple theft, illegal surveillance, chit fund fraud, political corruption, visa scams, and hired violence. They unite after discovering their shared enemy: the corrupt businessman Payas, whose black money they plan to steal.

The gang successfully unlocks the safe and begins grabbing the money, but the alarm triggers, alerting security. This activates a frantic chase through the hospital corridors as the group scrambles to escape with the loot. In the chaos, Krishnanunni vanishes with the entire cash stash, leaving his partners empty-handed and confused.

Noblettan is a wealthy and influential businessman running a chit fund operation who ends up in prison after being caught in a web of deceit and betrayal surrounding his financial schemes. His criminal activities involve fraudulent chit fund operations that victimized many investors, making him one of the more financially oriented criminals among the group.

Franco Mathew, one of the three brothers controlling the hospital safe, keeps his key inside his car. This becomes part of the heist planning as the gang must find a way to access Franco's vehicle unnoticed to duplicate his key using the soap impression technique.
