Martin Chemban Vinod Jose confesses to a priest in a quiet Thrissur church, and his past spills into a sprawling tale of crime and loyalty. Martin is arrested for stealing from a Hindu temple, and his accomplice Geevarghese escapes. The arrest sends Martin to Central Prison Viyyoor where he meets a diverse group of inmates. This marks the beginning of a shared fate that will drive the later heist.

In the prison yard and cells, Martin bonds with six fellow inmates—Narayankutty, Nobellettan, Pius Mathew, Christo Mathew, Shabab, and Leaf Vasu—while Salam and Krishnanunni orbit the group's plans. They begin to test loyalties and sharpen survival instincts, laying the groundwork for a future score. The ensemble's dynamics set the emotional backbone of the caper.

The seven hatch a plan to seize money stored in a safe at a charity hospital watched by Pius and his brothers. They map the heist around three keys held by Pius Mathew, Christo Mathew, and Franco Mathew, and decide to duplicate the keys by imprinting them on soap. The plan relies on catching people off guard on a festival night.

Upon release, the group enlists Annamma, Noblettan's daughter and a nurse at the hospital, to install spy cameras and monitor security. Narayankutty helps bring the surveillance plan to life. The team's preparations become a blend of technical cunning and old-world streetwise improvisation.

The blueprint of the heist centers on imprinting three keys onto soap pieces so the team can open the safe without direct keys. They locate where each key is kept: Christo's in a glass cabinet, Pius's on a chain, and Franco's in his car. The strategy is designed to exploit human distractions during a bustling festival.

On the festival night, Leaf Vasu plants fireworks in the hospital's sewage tank to create access from the rear. Annamma cuts the main power, plunging the building into darkness so the crew can reach the safe via the exhaust fan. They unlock the safe but trigger an alarm, prompting a frantic chase through the hospital corridors.

The group fights to reclaim the money, but Krishnanunni vanishes with the loot, leaving the others to chase shadows. The sudden betrayal fractures trust and leaves questions about who can be trusted among the seven. The present-day frame begins to echo the chaos of the failed heist.

Martin recounts the tale to the priest, explaining how the crew wound up searching for Krishnanunni and encountering a look-alike with the same name. Krishnanunni is revealed not as an ally but as a con man who has reinvented himself in Trivandrum. He hawks solar panels to politicians and businessmen, setting up a larger, more sophisticated scam. This revelation reframes the earlier caper as part of a recurring game of deceit.

The solar boxes symbolize a cycle of deception that can be started again by those who know how to bend systems. The gang's earlier success seeds a broader con that may outpace the original plan. Trust remains scarce, and the film closes on an unsettled, inevitable note.
