A country bailiff is convinced that ordinary folk should handle law enforcement, so he temporarily appoints Å ša‑Nisse as the local police officer. Though his methods are unconventional, they somehow get results. Å ša‑Nisse and his friend Klabbarparn travel to Gothenburg to attend a concert by the singer Gun from Knohult at Liseberg, and they also enjoy a ride on the park’s roller‑coaster.
