Robbie, a keen young footballer, is persuaded by his older brother to squeeze through a gap in a fence onto the track. His shoes catch on the rails, causing a serious accident that ends his football career. Made for children, the film warns against fence‑breaking and railway trespassing, showing danger, in the BFI’s ‘The Age of the Train’ collection.
