Vincent Gomes is a notorious gangster bent on vengeance against Kerala Home Minister N. Krishnadas, a figure who once walked beside him but betrayed him to win favor with the people and a political faction. He hatches a careful payback plan, manipulating Nancy, the capable Adv. who guards a dossier that could imprison him for years if it reaches the courtroom. Through this scheme, Vincent discovers the depth of Nancy's struggle as an orphan and a single mother, and the plan begins to exact a personal cost: Nancy loses her job, and the line between crime and conscience grows hazier for both of them.

As guilt gnaws at him, Vincent, remorseful, reaches out to Nancy and tries to make amends, even confessing a wish to abandon his criminal life and proposing marriage. Yet Nancy refuses, insisting she cannot accept another husband, and the bond between them becomes a fragile, complicated thread in a web of danger. Meanwhile, Krishnadas wields political power to go after Vincent, and the gangster loses much of his wealth as the pressure mounts.

To settle the score, Vincent plans a final strike against Krishnadas and entrusts the job to his trusted ally Kumar and Peter. The execution derails when Kumar and Peter are killed during the assassination attempt, leaving Vincent furious and more determined. He storms Krishnadas' guest house, unleashing a brutal assault that claims the lives of numerous policemen and Krishnadas's political aides. Just as he is about to kill Krishnadas, Nancy pleads for mercy and reveals a shocking truth: Krishnadas is the father of her child. The revelation stuns Vincent, the arrival of cops interrupts the moment, and Vincent is shot dead. Nancy rushes to his side as he dies, and the film closes with her staring at a portrait of Vincent Gomes, remembered as the most powerful underworld don to have lived.
