After a blacksmith crashes his bike avoiding a tortoise, he brings the creature home. His twelve‑year‑old son Rabi becomes obsessed, neglecting chores. When the father discards the tortoise, grandfather Pusga finds a larger one for him. Rabi’s fixation leads him to defy parental authority, while Pusga gently teaches him nature’s visible and hidden ways, imparting liberty, responsibility and respect for life, and awakens old feelings in the grandfather.
