A montage introduces Beera Munda as the town’s shadow ruler, running a parallel government with his brothers in Laalbati. He kidnaps Ragini Sharma to avenge his sister Jamunia’s death, drawing in her husband Dev Pratap Sharma, a police superintendent. The sequence establishes Beera as both protector of his people and a formidable foe to the authorities.

Ragini refuses to die and makes a desperate leap off the cliff, proving she won’t go quietly into Beera’s captivity. Beera hesitates and decides not to kill her, arguing it is pointless to kill someone who does not fear death. This moment sets Ragini up as a defiant captive who challenges Beera’s authority.

Beera brings Ragini to his village and introduces her to his unusual ecosystem, where a eunuch named Gulabiya helps run the operation. Ragini remains defiant, meeting Beera eye-to-eye and testing his resolve. The captor-captive dynamic begins to tilt as Ragini asserts her own will.

Dev and his team, aided by forest guard Sanjeevani Kumar, march into the jungle to locate Beera. They hunt through tribal lands and brutalize locals for information, but no one talks, reinforcing Beera’s tight network. The pursuit tightens as Beera stays one step ahead.

Dev’s approach brings Beera into contact with Rajeshwar Tiwari, Jamunia’s husband. Beera cuts off Rajeshwar’s hand and leaves him for dead, signaling that Beera will not tolerate being discovered. Ragini sits with the tension of the jungle while violence escalates around them.

Beera begins recounting his sister Jamunia’s death, explaining that Dev led a police encounter during her wedding and that she later died by suicide after being kept in custody. Ragini listens with growing sympathy, sensing that Beera’s motives are forged from grief as much as anger. The story complicates Ragini’s view of who is truly in the right.

Sanjeevani Kumar sneaks into Ragini’s location to pass word to Dev, but Mangal intercepts and captures him, presenting him to Beera as leverage. He is kept as a prisoner in Beera’s camp to pressure Dev to return Ragini. The capture stalls direct help from the forest guards.

Hariya convinces Beera to offer a truce to Dev and goes with Sanjeevani to the camp. When Hariya steps into the open, Dev murders him, making clear that Beera’s destruction matters more to him than Ragini’s safety. The act reveals Dev’s single-minded determination to end Beera’s power.

Enraged by Hariya’s death, Beera and Mangal ambush the police tents and set them on fire. The assault escalates the conflict into a full-blown chase through the jungle as Dev and Beera close in on a final showdown. Ragini watches the chaos, torn between her loyalty to Dev and her fear for Beera.

Beera and Dev meet for a brutal confrontation on an old mountain bridge, and Beera uses both brute force and cunning to gain the upper hand. He saves Dev from falling, and Ragini re-unites with Dev as the danger between their worlds escalates. Dev, however, yells at an invisible Beera, vowing to return and destroy him.

On their way home, Dev accuses Ragini of infidelity and demands a polygraph, claiming Beera told him of it. Ragini leaves Dev to seek Beera, guided by Mangal, hoping for truth beyond Dev’s lies. The two lovers hatch a plan to meet and resolve their fates away from the watching eyes.

Dev returns with a police force to capture Beera’s hideout, and Ragini stands in front of Beera to shield him. Beera pushes Ragini aside as gunfire erupts and is shot multiple times, finally tumbling off the cliff to his death with a smile. Ragini and Dev respond to the tragedy with quiet reverence, acknowledging the cost of passion and vengeance.
