Members of a high‑school girls’ track team train for a long‑distance relay, balancing the race’s physical challenges with their personal dynamics. At Asahina High, Ayumi Minugishi is the sole, quiet member of the Track and Field club, hard to approach despite her talent. As the relay approaches, she slowly opens up, seeking connection and confidence.
