Their Granny discovers Madhu pretending to be Mala and learns the full story, including the engagement and the fallout. She is heartbroken but ultimately decides to let Madhu choose her own path.

As Sameer is about to place the engagement ring, Madhu's guilt catches up with her and she confesses everything in front of everyone. Sameer immediately drives to Mala's medical camp to reconcile with her. The truth leads to a hopeful ending where Mala and Sameer reconnect honestly.
