In a morgue, coroner Elizabeth (Letícia Spiller) examines a handsome young man who died suddenly on the street, apparently of a heart attack. As she and a colleague debate the mysterious death, the corpse’s brain stays active and the dead man becomes infatuated with her. Tension mounts when a deranged intruder enters, pointing a gun at Elizabeth while the immobilized witness watches helplessly.
