One Friday Night

Business tycoon Ram Verma secretly begins an affair with dancer Nirosha Patel, keeping it hidden from his wife Lata. He takes Nirosha to the farmhouse and tells Lata he's traveling to Nagpur on business, masking the true rendezvous. The seeds of deceit are planted as their marriage starts to fracture in silence.

A heavy downpour triggers flooding as Ram and Nirosha reach the farmhouse. Nirosha learns from her mother that she needs money, pushing Ram toward a desperate bargain. Ram opens a chest full of cash and declares the money now belongs to Nirosha, escalating the stakes of their relationship.

In the tense moment, Nirosha reveals that she is two months pregnant. Ram reacts with mixed joy and fear, initially ecstatic at the prospect of becoming a father and muttering that he hopes to keep the baby. The revelation further complicates Ram's double life and fuels Nirosha's resolve.

Lata drives through the storm to the farmhouse to treat her wounded husband. She helps Ram stabilize him and prepares for a confrontation between the two women. The uneasy alliance of fear and duty defines the next actions.

Lata and Nirosha confront each other in the farmhouse drawing room. Lata condemns Nirosha as a gold-digger preying on her husband, while Nirosha insists Ram truly loves her. The confrontation exposes the emotional damage caused by the affair.

Ram's body is found and Nirosha is initially suspected, claiming Lata stayed with her all night. Investigators uncover Lata's alibi with the maid and mobile history, but Govind's testimony and the evidence of pregnancy and stolen money point to Nirosha. Nirosha is convicted of Ram Verma's murder, while Lata receives a clean chit.
