In the restless streets of Berlin, a city that glitters with the promise of work and new beginnings, two freshly graduated Spaniards arrive with high hopes and polished résumés. Hugo carries a finance background, while Braulio is a budding scientist, both eager to turn their academic achievements into stable careers. The film paints the capital as a vibrant but unforgiving landscape, where language, bureaucracy and cultural dislocation turn every job search into a quiet struggle.

Soon they cross paths with a small community of fellow expatriates who have already begun to carve out fragile lives in the German capital.
